misbh.com is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC only.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Rs. 100 is charged for cash on delivery orders.
- Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax).
- As per the Government of India, misbh.com is fully GST compliant.
- Relevant GST % is already added to your product total.
- Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 – 6 working days (major cities).
COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.
What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at support@misbh.com mentioning your Order ID or call us at +91 8595397922 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
